Head of Unit Gender Equality
Daniela Bankier is Head of Unit Equality between Women and Men in DG Employment. In this role she is involved in the various projects spearheaded by this unit, such as: legislation, EU programmes, the European Institute for Gender Equality (provides expertise and visibility to gender equality issues), the EU network of women in decision-making, and the Advisory Committee on Equal Opportunities for Women and Men.
